Aims: to provide an update on lung disease in primary immunodeficiency; to consider the following: 1. the critical importance of excluding primary immunodeficiency in people presenting with acute and chronic respiratory illness, 2. the spectrum of primary immunodeficiency, 3. lung manifestations of primary antibody deficiency, 4. and granulomatous-lymphocytic interstitial lung disease: state of the art.
