Ceremony for ERS Award for Rare Pulmonary Disease (financially supported by GlaxoSmithKline) followed by Symposium: Autoimmunity and lung diseases in humans

Symposium

Aims: At the conclusion of the symposium, the participant will be able to: know the spectrum of autoimmune lung disease, including conditions recently identified as being autoimmune; understand the interactions between B-cell and the lungs; diagnose MALT-PL, amyloid and nonamyloid diseases, humoral immune deficiency and the main CVD; mention this spectrum of diseases in case of several patterns of clinical and radiological presentations; know when and which biological tests might be performed to diagnose quantitative and qualitative B-cell dysfunctions; and know how to interpret these tests.
