Aims: Everything the pulmonologists want to know about end-of-life decision but they are afraid to ask. This grand round will not give you any recipes of ?magical? behaviour to facilitate your attitude towards end-of-life decisions. It will only present real cases, where the presenter itself does not know the best answer, because there is probably any right or wrong answer.
