Aims: Transthoracic ultrasound is a helpful tool for investigating clinical problems such as suspected pleural fluid, white hemithorax, atelectasis, empyema, and diaphragm function problems. This session will demonstrate some of the most common investigations that are performed with transthoracic ultrasound.
Target audience: General pulmonologists and residents.
