To be able to:
Apply key epidemiological concepts to the clinical practice
Use new skills to diagnose tuberculosis (TB) infection and disease in adults and children
Use new skills to treat latent TB infected individuals and drug-susceptible TB cases (adults and children)
Understand the principles underlying treatment of multi-drug resistant TB cases
Draft a scientific article and look critically to published studies on TB and MDR-TB
Identify the priority areas for research and draft research protocols
Build up networks of clinicians and scientists in TB and MDR-TB care and research
Identify and use the principles of career advice, planning and developing networks
