Educational aims

50% of this course was dedicated to hands-on workshops, where participants had the opportunity to practice live (animal) bronchoscopy. The important theoretical aspects of bronchoscopy were also covered – touching on the topics of equipment, indication and contraindication, anaesthesia, anatomical findings, flexible bronchoscopy in the NICU/PICU and much more.
