Aims: To disentangle the relationship between sleepiness and cognitive functions in obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA) patients; to learn how to evaluate and manage OSA patients with cognitive dysfunctions; to understand the effect of vigilance drugs on cognitive functions in OSA patients with residual sleepiness.
