2- In this regard, to deal with confusion arising from specialised guideline jargon, especially including “conditional positive” and “conditional negative” recommendations.
3- To discuss the rationale of key changes in recommendations from the previous guideline.
4- To highlight areas of major therapeutic uncertainty that need to be clarified before publication of the next update.
